The report will be delivered in digital PDF format via email within 72 hours of receiving all required information.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for the assessment. We are not liable for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete details submitted by the customer.
3. Delivery Timeline
The report will be delivered to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within 48 to 72 business hours after all required information is received.
4. No Legal Advice
The report is an advisory and informational service. It does not constitute legal advice. For complex legal matters or enforcement issues, you should consult a qualified professional.
5. Refund Policy
As this is a bespoke service and the report is custom-made for each client, no refunds will be issued once the report has been prepared and delivered.

6. Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and subject to VAT. Full payment is required at checkout via the secure payment gateway (Stripe).

Willowmead Developments Ltd shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of the report, or from reliance on the information it contains.
8. Your Legal Responsibilities as the System Owner
The owner of the treatment system holds the permit, consent, or authorisation to discharge and should be aware that he is responsible for the effluent quality discharge. Thus, all sources of discharge into the system must be declared. It is an offence if the effluent fails to comply with the regulators requirements.
